A short description of how we run projects: what's included, who owns the outcome, and what mutual commitments we take on.
Scope
The studio designs and integrates AI systems: agents, computer vision, LLM solutions, analytics dashboards. The exact scope is fixed in the client agreement.
Timelines and payment
Standard cycle — 6 weeks with fixed price. Payment in stages: start (discovery), middle (build), handover (launch). All timelines and amounts are agreed before work starts.
Intellectual property
Project source code and trained models transfer to the client after full payment. Rights to reusable internal libraries and methodologies remain with the studio.
Confidentiality
Client data shared during the project is treated as confidential. We do not use it to train public models and do not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
Liability
The studio is liable for the quality of the delivered solution up to the amounts stated in the agreement. We are not liable for indirect damages, downtime, or lost profit.
Force majeure
Circumstances outside the reasonable control of either party (wars, sanctions, natural disasters, outages of key services) suspend obligations for their duration.
Governing law
Governing law and dispute resolution are fixed in the agreement with each client based on their jurisdiction.
