OPLAavisaassistantwithoutintermediaries

Visas are handled through centers and intermediaries — expensive, slow and prone to form errors, and a refusal over an inaccuracy means lost money and a ruined trip. The service collects the data itself, checks documents and fills in forms for 10 destinations — the applicant applies on their own, without an intermediary and with almost no risk of error.

Brief

A service for applying for a visa on your own — it collects data, checks documents and fills in application forms without a visa center. It completes the form or guides you through the application site — the applicant applies independently and error-free.

What we did

How we built it

01

Diagnostic

We mapped the visa application process and typical form errors. We locked the outcome metrics: number of destinations and the risk of refusal over an inaccuracy.

02

Prototype on real data

The first working loop on real application forms — data collection, document checks, form filling — within 1–6 weeks.

03

Production & support

We took the service to 10 destinations (Schengen / UK / US) and 3 support formats: the applicant applies on their own, without an intermediary.

AI minutes for board of directors meetings

Meetings are minuted by hand — the secretary spends hours, who-said-what is reconstructed from memory, and some decisions and tasks simply get lost between sessions. The AI transcribes the meeting, tags it by role and produces minutes with tasks the same day — 100% of meetings documented, not a single decision lost.
